在銅鑼灣的Cubes內的Okinawa Dining Bridges是香港較少有主打吃沖繩料理的日本餐廳。沖繩特產如海葡萄、苦瓜等,在這裡都可以吃到。這夜來到就來一份小食Okinawa Sea Grapes,沖繩海葡萄,$60,由數十粒像細小的青提子組成的海葡萄其實是屬於海藻類,它只能生長在攝氏二十度的潔淨海水,產量不多,所以被稱為植物魚子醬。入口清爽,甜中帶鹹,感覺十分清新。Stir Fried Bitter Gourd with Okinawa Pork,沖繩苦瓜炒豬肉,$70,沖繩另一常吃的食物苦瓜,也是店員推介要吃。未必很多人會愛吃苦瓜,但我就從小就不抗拒吃,應該說也挺喜歡吃,所以就點了一份。苦瓜加入豬肉、雞蛋及豆腐乾來炒,苦瓜味道回甘帶甜,與蛋的香甜相夾,加上豬肉條口感軟腍,吃著質感帶著濕潤,味道很不錯。Okinawa AGU Pork and Vegetables Steamed Hot Pot,沖繩AGU豬肉及沖繩野菜陶瓷鍋煮,$380。薄片的豬肉色澤鮮粉紅,肉質軟腍,加上邊位帶著脂肪,入口像即融化於口中,肉味挺香,脂香甘腴,很好吃。伴著有不少雜菜,叫收了一點豬油,味道更

冬天特別喜愛吃飯,;所以也選了Pot Steamed Rice with Sea Urchin and Scallop,海膽帶子釜鍋飯,$210。方形的木盒內是銅製成拱圓的鍋身,傳熱度高,能迅速把生米粒煮熟,然後把海膽加入飯內,再拌勻來吃。飯的口感偏為濕腍,內裡有不少帶子,但鮮味並不明顯,海膽味道較為突出一甜,但也不算太鮮甜。

Okinawa Red Potato Ice Cream with Sugar Cane Baumkuchen,沖繩紅芋雪糕伴黑糖年輪蛋糕,$55,年輪蛋糕外層有層脆糖,糕身也帶點鬆軟,口感不錯,黑糖味道突出但又不太甜,喜愛吃這蛋糕,而配合一球紅芋雪糕,雪糕味道就相對較淡一點。

整體食物都不錯,喜愛吃沖繩海葡萄及苦瓜,不但健康,而且味道又不錯,也值得再來吃。
