I love Okinawan food so got the Mozuku seaweed in Shikuwasa citrus vinegar.The texture is a bit like soft glass vermicelli but slightly chewier and viscous.As for the taste, it was flavoured in citrus vinegar so it was very refreshing.The seaweed is extremely tangled so you end up with a mouthful!While I was choosing what to get, I was quite shocked some mmaaiinnlanders were opening the boxes and smelling them which is not hygienic!
