每個月都要食返餐好既慰勞下自己同男友今次去左Sogo隔離既一座大廈食日本嘢!之前上網見岩浪好似唔太多位,所以提早book定先~一出Lift就去到岩浪既門口~右面係吧台,我地坐左面既正常和食枱~本身Menu有好多選擇,唔係好想諗食咩,所以就想試下廚師發辦首先黎既係前菜同冷物,由左至右食起,侍應話左係粟米豆腐,好特別既口感,好似食緊粟米味既Jelly咁;中間係炸魚蛋;最右係米茄子,上面有啲碎咁。成個前菜有由淡至濃既感覺~前菜後黎左個蟹肉腐皮,啲蟹肉幾鮮甜,啲腐皮好滑!跟住開始黎戲肉,首先有刺身三點,有伊佐木(右),深海池魚(後)同間八(左)。三件都好有鮮味!一啲腥味都無~伊佐木肉質彈牙,另外兩件就入口即溶,好正第二輪就野生拖羅,池魚同石垣貝(左至右),拖羅好肥美但比較多根,池魚一樣咁新鮮,石垣貝以為會有貝類個啲腥味,點知一啲都無!食完剌魚就有個湯隔一隔~松茸湯,非常清甜。跟住係熱既和食,上面係無花果,下面係蒸魚,煮得岩岩好,肉質嫩滑,不過唔知咩魚黎。天婦羅三點,有幾種調味可以選,有蝦、魚同紫蘇芝士天婦羅。個蝦配海鹽好爽口;個魚有啲似多春魚咁細細條,配咖喱粉好惹味;最驚喜係個芝士,以前個紫蘇
