厨師發板比較少食,因爲出面好多價錢都相對貴,特別係晚餐。但呢間餐廳的Omakase只需$598就有14貫壽司😍價錢真係超級吸引!🍣壽司有真鯛、深海池魚、馬加魚、帆立貝、地木雕、梳子魚、北寄貝、腦天、黃金池魚、三文魚子、馬糞海膽、赤身、魷魚,最後有蝦魚素面。前菜有三文魚前額,第一次食,原來甘爽脆,有D似海蜇,酸酸甜甜好過癮。師傅好擅長用不同食材襯托出魚的鮮味。有五款壽司令我印象最深刻。三文魚子配柚子,清香的柚子由入口到食完壽司仲留有餘韻,大愛。馬糞海膽超鮮甜,食得出係高質貨,我自己買過甘多次海膽都食吾到呢個味。赤身脂肪豐富,味蕾大為滿足。呢件壽司超特別,看著都像一件藝術品。紫蘇花係神來之筆,令魚的層次更上一層樓。帆立貝用上竹炭鹽,令口腔突然爲之一振。師父好用心講解♥餐廳不大,但一路食,客人源源不絕入場!好受歡迎。而家like IG仲會送雪糕🍨。呢個價錢食到如此食材,性價比好高!
