作為第一款既刺身,就基本一定係要淡味啲🤓,左口魚刺身比較少食,
通常鐘意火炙食,呢款要點啲酸汁一齊,可以感受番左囗魚既本身質感,
有咬口不過始終冇火炙咁吸引我

呢個我不嬲都鐘意食,Favorite Top 3,食過既人都知,
呢隻蝦十分甜美,口感軟糯,簡直冇得彈
個蝦頭比師傅攞去炸黎食,又係另一種風味,成個蝦頭都可以食哂😋😋

其實我真係唔係太識食呢啲白身既魚,都唔太食得出佢本身既味,
只能夠講番句,師傅切得好精細,
我以為得一塊,點知一夾先知係兩塊黎,唔夾上嚟都搵唔到個切口喺邊🤣👍🏻

呢個之前睇其他食評已經非常想食,見師傅細心擺設,我隻👀都一直望住佢,到終於食到真係太開心了😆
而佢不負我所望,好有蟹肉啲鮮甜味,再加上自製既蟹湯蟹醋啫喱,
用蟹肉本身既熱力慢慢將佢融化,真係好amazing 😭😭

之後就個蕃茄過吓場,完全唔駛加任何野,就已經好食 Simple is good😋

呢樣我真係唔需要好講,好多人都讚不絕口,而家食到,完全體會哂大家既感覺,每一啖都有幸福既感覺👼🏼👼🏼

呢個位唔係我食開啲位,不過呢個燒得好香,但啲魚肉仲係moisture,感受到佢啲魚油豐富🤤,而且冇細骨,非常易食

師傅手勢了得,握出黎啲壽司好正,完全fit哂擺落口,帶子一如以往咁好食,作為第一款壽司,開咗個靚頭先👍🏻😋

師傅話呢款比較腥,所以會加啲薑蓉上面,食落充滿薑既香味,但略為有啲霸道,而且針魚口感同其他魚唔同,佢係帶啲爽口

最後就飲埋個足料既海膽海鮮湯同濃郁既蜜桃茶奶凍,呢件事就都已經圓滿結束🔚了

食完今餐之後,真係令我覺得要努力返工,就可以有錢再食過了😤😤
