日本餐平時就食得多,廚師發板今次第一次食。因為今日係我生日🎂所以屋企人帶我嚟食好西。一開始見到廚師👨🏻‍🍳發板嘅Menu咁精簡以為得好少嘢食,原來廚師發板嘅意思係廚師去設計同埋選擇每一種菜式🍝比客人,令到我真係好期待每一樣嘢食。咁師傅就俾咗中拖羅同埋大拖羅,淨係色澤上邊就已經分別到佢哋唔同,中拖羅既肉就會比較實。而大拖羅油脂會比較重,食落啖啖都係脂肪嘅感覺,充滿着油香🤤。鰤魚會有少少煙燻嘅味道,令人食過返尋味。真錭壽司比較有咬口👄嘅魚類🐠🐟,識落鮮甜。北海道馬糞海膽係我食過最好味嘅海膽,北海道嘅海膽係會比較鮮甜👍🏻,而且佢比海膽嘅份量都比較多,超正。
