To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男朋友生日所以帶咗佢嚟食omakase試下啲壽司係咪咁神🤣🤣我今次嚟食晚餐 ard$1600一位價錢唔算好平所以我哋都滿懷期望.鋪頭裝修好似日式小店,都幾舒服座位數量都唔多 所以要book位~我哋揀咗坐吧台🤣因為omakase就係要睇師傅表演整日式料理.前菜嘅刺身:有燒物 魚生 漬物 海膽漬物鮑魚好好食!配埋肝醬好夾~.壽司方面都有齊拖羅 池魚 海膽仲有我最鍾意食嘅貝類 新鮮北寄貝同赤貝!新鮮北寄貝係白色帶灰紫色同平時紅色邊果啲唔一樣處理嘅時候師傅會拍一拍舊肉夠新鮮嘅話個貝會郁一郁拍完之後食 肉質會更加鮮甜~.整體來講都係唔錯嘅用餐體驗,不過就未算係性價比好高~所以我比75分🤣
