To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第3間係元朗食既omakase。食物既水準出乎意料的好,師傅會用唔同既味道配搭壽司,味道多樣性十分高,例如柚子鹽,柚子胡椒,紫蘇葉等。好多人嚟係為左佢哋既雲丹盛,我反而認為雲丹盛只係高級食材既拼搭,無太多亮點,反而一舊舊細心調味既壽司,先至係鮨文優勝既地方,比較其他兩間omakase,壽司之神同壽司源,鮨文既壽司係最出眾既。美中不足在於,每件食材都係預先一次過處理好,再握壽司,導致食期間觀賞性較低,同過程偏快,未能慢慢享受。
