日本料理食得多,今次同友人試下比較少食嘅omakase。店舖門面好低調,入到去更加低調,燈光雖暗,但又坐得幾舒服。坐低後有熱茶,前菜係溫泉蛋。個蛋係凍食嘅,入面嘅蛋白同蛋黃仍處於流心狀態,有水準!另外仲有玉子,甜度剛好,旁邊有酸薑,醃得非常好味!千切大根,係醃過嘅蘿蔔絲,帶甜辣,都幾惹味。麵豉醬青瓜,濃味嘅麵豉配埋清爽嘅青瓜一齊食,味道好夾。然後就開始上10種廚師發辦嘅壽司,我地一路食,師傅就一路整,見佢有好多秘製野放落一個個盒仔度,每款食材佢都好用心揀自製嘅配料,例如梳魚上就配薑絲,帶子就配柚子皮,鯖魚配一塊甜嘅片片等,非常特別有心思。每上一舊壽司,師傅都會用唔純正嘅廣東話講一講個名,好多魚嘅名都無刻意記低,淨係記住食入口嗰種鮮味已經夠了。食完壽司之後會有麵豉湯,味道對我黎講係特濃,好足料!最後嘅甜品竟然有我最愛嘅黑芝麻雪糕,好滿足!
