To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去左元朗omakase霸主「鮨文」食晚餐,早早之前食過一次,今晚再來回味。左口魚兩食。左口魚配蔥,魚味比較鮮比較輕,魚味突出。左口魚配海膽,海膽味甜入口整體比較重,鮮甜味強。鰤魚腩是我最愛,魚油重魚油香,油脂在口中散發,魚味濃郁。鮮帆立貝。刺身帶子大大一隻好厚肉,師傅切成兩件,入口滑嫩鮮甜味濃郁。白子。綿密白子入口鮮甜酸香,質感似豆腐花,好喜歡酸甜味道。松葉蟹天婦羅。松葉蟹腳炸香配蟹膏醬,蟹味極是濃郁,蟹膏醬更加令人感動,蟹鮮味極香濃。三文魚的BB,剛出生的三文魚,魚味清甜質感綿綿的。牡丹蝦配蝦膏。大大隻牡丹蝦極是幸福,蝦肉非常爽嫩爽口,蝦膏味道更是鮮香濃郁。鮑魚醬是最吸引的地方,濃香鮑魚醬配爽嫩鮑魚,入口唔乾唔鞋口,輕輕一咬就已經咬開。海膽杯是最吸睛,滿滿海膽入口極是綿密,鮮甜度高。師傅即燒左口魚邊手卷。魚油極香極濃,好幸福!鮨文魚湯不能不喝,濃香魚湯好足料。最後有日本蜜瓜。
