早兩日經朋友介紹同女朋友去食日本野,係灣仔一間樓上鋪。鮨鶴,呢間係以Omakase為主既,即是無菜牌,由廚師發板,以前江戶型式既做法。食左3個半鐘,因為廚師即做一樣一樣上 ,如果幾個朋友上去傾計食野係唔錯選擇。前菜3樣,無花果,豆皮,玉子博多,非常開胃刺身有海嫘,赤貝,白蝦酒盜,伊佐目,平政魚,金目鯛,帶子海膽,生豪壽司有深海池魚,鳥貝,鯖魚,赤綠,赤身,牡丹蝦,拖羅腩手卷有魚蓉拖羅魚油飯鰹魚湯刺身係非常新鮮,廚師即切,有啲仲識郁,正不得不提生豪超大隻肥美即開食,可惜得1隻,想再叫都冇了手卷係用魚打成蓉再加上拖羅邊即燒出黎既酒撈埋一齊非常好味整體黎講都真係幾唔錯甜品豆腐紅豆雪榚
