毛蟹,食用時把蟹膏拌在一起,一疏疏嘅係蟹肉絲,夾埋蟹膏,令蟹味更加香濃,個蟹腳又鮮甜又充滿海水鮮味💕💕日本馬友配橘子啫喱,表皮燒到既香又脆,馬友肉質鮮美,細膩而爽口,橘子啫喱酸酸甜甜,非常解膩,師傅建議先食魚,後食啫喱會更佳。😋😋象拔蚌、粒貝配白鼓油,真係要介紹吓個豉油,白鼓油只是微咸但有濃濃的大豆味,非常美味。😜粒貝加左岩鹽,口感超爽脆,超級鮮味,裏面有柚子皮同埋微量青檸汁,能提升鮮味🌊象拔蚌口感爽糯,鮮甜;加上白鼓油會提升鮮味,同粒貝亦是恰到好處既咸味。😎深海池魚,面頭是木魚花,銀色部份係池魚嘅油脂位,師傅用炭火輕輕烤過,令池魚口感更加軟糯,提升了不少口感,木魚花亦有香濃木魚味,為木魚增加不少鹹香(而且師傅仲現場切池魚嘅腩位)口同眼都雙重享受了😎)太滿足啦🥰
