To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 發達啦今次,我阿妹升職加人工,請我食飯,第一次食到日本廚師發板,人生初體驗,食材質素高到不得了!由於疫情關係,我哋同其他人坐得好遠㗎!首先黎一個黑松露茶碗蒸蛋真蠔刺身 :加咗辣根酸汁 質感比較爽口鮮甜石垣𩶘魚 : 加咗岩鹽 口感細緻深海池魚,日本英鱒,油金魚三色刺身和牛薄燒 : 加左蛋汁 入口即溶,好似升左上天鹽燒大拖羅 :外層脆身滿口油脂!呢個真係好食到無法形容浦燒鰻魚 :都唔知師父點燒嘅!正到不得了蜆sushi :加左少少柚子汁金目𩶘魚壽司 :有一股淡淡的清香嘅味道拖羅加馬糞海膽壽司牡丹蝦壽司間八壽司毛蟹壽司海膽杯好離譜呀!成杯都係海膽三文魚子鰈魚邊好香魚油味超級濃海鮮湯威士忌蜜瓜泡芙今餐雖然有啲貴,但係完全覺得物有所值!無得去日本都可以只下痕!
