For the food, the mini angel hair pasta was really cute yet packed some strong flavors in it.
The baked oyster was just as delightful though the toppings slightly overwhelmed the oyster's flavor.
There was plenty of crab meat inside the salad and it was definitely refreshing after the oyster.
The Chu-toro was slightly grilled on the surface to increase its aroma.
Steak was amazing and despite all the seasonings, it tasted great on its own and was quite tender.
The flavors and amount of sauce for the pasta was just right, keeping the pasta al dente. The light flavors of the scallops and strong flavor of the caviars were a great match.
The green tea flavor of the cake was extremely rich though I felt the sake pairing the dessert was too strong.
