最近新年放大假,又係時候去揾好餐廳食好西啦😍!! 姐姐話不如去食廚師發辦啦。Sooshi gold✨開幕不久,所以客人未算好多,不過都係預先訂位穩陣呀! 晚市廚師發辦有兩種,18款食材$980位,22款食材就$1380位。其實18款已經有好多嘢食,我不算大食,所以18款已經好足夠啦🤭。 三款前菜好靚,有水雲、太刀魚、粒貝。我和姐姐都是第一次食太刀魚春卷,又脆又鮮。 深海池魚薄切,點一點酸汁,更有鮮味。 白子刺身食得多,原來白子天婦羅更好食呀!炸漿好薄,炸得一流!我好喜歡金目鯛,竟然係配菠菜忌廉汁,有fusion的感覺。 赤海膽栗蟹,有海膽又有蟹肉,鮮上加鮮呀! 真蠔蠔肉鮮甜,而且有海水味,好得我歡心。 冬天一定要食鰤魚,鰤魚勁肥美,脂肪好足! 大大片帆立貝,原來係新鮮貨而不是急凍,難怪咁好食啦! 激量海膽壽司,超鐘意呀😍!海膽多過飯,勁誇張呀! 最後的主食竟然係明太子忌廉意粉,好有驚喜。忌廉醬鹹中帶甜,都好好食。 甜品係濃滑的抹茶布丁,好滿足,好飽呀。 。。
