今日收到一個開心消息高興左成日,一於收工食番餐好嘅慶祝!叫一個叫彩霞的Omakase,包24道菜。季節前菜有3道菜,擺盤精緻,而特別的是梅貝漬物,非常有味道。蟹肉茶碗蒸,蟹肉清甜蛋滑溜,口感不錯左口魚,鮮味十足,擺盤精緻蟹肉刺身,爽口彈牙,可以的話師傅建議不用沽醬汁食生蠔非常肥美,師傅說分2次吃,先吃一半,可以吃出蠔的鮮味!金目鯛,師傅先輕燙魚皮表面,魚肉爽滑!螢光魷魚2食,有刺身和熟食,2款也是不錯金箔海膽,份量十分多,喜歡食海膽的一定喜歡油甘魚刺身,本身怕食油甘魚的我反而食到,沒有想像中的魚腥味!象拔蚌串燒,很少吃,出有驚喜總結:師傅每道菜上也會細心解釋和留意你吃的表情,是一個不錯的體驗

生蠔非常肥美,師傅說分2次吃,先吃一半,可以吃出蠔的鮮味!

金目鯛,師傅先輕燙魚皮表面,魚肉爽滑!

螢光魷魚2食,有刺身和熟食,2款也是不錯

金箔海膽,份量十分多,喜歡食海膽的一定喜歡

油甘魚刺身,本身怕食油甘魚的我反而食到,沒有想像中的魚腥味!

象拔蚌串燒,很少吃,出有驚喜
