To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮨文係一間我比較常光顧嘅Omakase今次第一次嘗試佢嘅晚餐用料非常上乘佢嘅黑松露茶碗蒸絕對係水準之作超香濃黑松露味蛋亦非常滑溜而比較特別嘅係有炸白子因為好少見白子用炸嘅方式去處理今次經師傅炸完之後外脆內軟非常creamy 另外今次仲有機會一試當日拍賣第三位嘅海膽超濃郁嘅味道入口即溶吞咗之後仲有一層餘香非常出色貪心嘅我叫師傅整咗一個海膽杯俾我食用上超大量嘅海膽去做食完非常滿足不過相比之下我認為午市性價比比較高晚市大約每人$2000午市大約$500但晚市菜式變化並唔大
