Food court唔止得快餐😚.而家越嚟越多food court都裝修得好靚,一洗「食food court=求其食=頹」嘅形象🫣有啲仲有壽司吧枱主打omakase,例如中環街市同埋今次去嘅apm 添🍣呢次係$398 omakase set,描述依圖次序排列.1️⃣真鯛呢間習慣會放wasabi喺中間,唔受得嘅人士注意太攻鼻⚠️或者可以同師傅傾落少啲🐥唔係最厚切不過真鯛有淡淡嘅鮮味,好啱做opening.2️⃣金目鯛佢每一件壽司都會薄薄油一浸豉油,唔會太鹹/搶咗魚嘅味,呢件金目鯛口感飽滿脂肪都足🐟.3️⃣帶子(ft.柚子碎)最有驚喜嘅一件!平時食開鮮甜厚肉嘅帶子,呢次加上柚子碎帶點酸酸尾尾,更加提升帶子嘅鮮甜又唔會好突兀.4️⃣深海池魚池魚本身我覺得味道係淡淡地嘅類別,呢件都唔例外,個人對池魚還好~.5️⃣魷魚(ft.竹炭鹽、紫蘇花)魷魚本身唔係濃味食物,但口感爽彈,而師傅都特意𠝹出一格格花紋增加口感,紫蘇花亦令成件事好清新(鍾唔鍾意見人見智).6️⃣昆布漬甜蝦睇相都見到甜蝦唔係啲手指尾丁屎咁dur 條而係類似小型牡丹蝦嘅肉感,飽滿黏口,而昆布漬嘅做法都令三條甜蝦更顯鮮甜!.7️⃣昆布漬吞拿魚赤身終於嚟到重頭戲,果然

師傅有𠝹一格格,我鍾意呢個賣相多啲😂有層次感,但反而呢一件嘅油脂感無想像中咁重,肉質係飽滿而唔係入口即溶🐠鹹魚青菜

9️⃣黑龍
呢個我大鄉里未食過,我覺得類似池魚嘅質感同口感,油脂正常,大家不妨試下~

本身都撈咗啲蔥同醬油,所以似係迷你拖羅蓉丼,紫菜shokshok聲,為呢個套餐作結

同埋加映特上海鮮丼($128)
主角係牡丹蝦加上角切三文魚劍魚玉子帶子魚籽等等配料,主角大條肥美鮮甜,而配角雖然係角切,不過鮮味仍然保留,唔錯

欣賞佢比較少火炙嘅壽司,大部分魚都用原味上
