Always nice to have a bit of fancy element in the dish

I’m not a fan of toro
So what I’m focusing on any toro dish is to not make me feel stuffed and stop me from enjoying the rest of the meal
This toro sandwich thus makes so much sense to me
It’s light yet flavourful
The crisp balanced so well with the toro and turns it into such a succulent sandwich
I also enjoyed the black bean at the side a lot
It cleans and refreshes your palate so well that I feel like I can start all over again

The prime season only lasts for 2 months every year
This is not just an interesting dish to watch but the layering is also elegant
