To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #Lunch 突發走咗去食 #omakase #鮨文 喺元朗又係出名嘅,不過我對佢嘅service有少少失望,食omakase除咗係著重食材,更重要係同廚師嘅互動同埋service。首先我地1:25到,佢要我地喺出面又曬又熱咁等,10分鐘後叫我地入去坐,佢有個細bar枱比啲客坐住等,而同時亦都有兩個熟客已經坐住喺度等,點解我地要喺出面曬十分鐘先可以入去坐住等?然後計埋我地有3枱客,咁我地係叫咗最平$350嘅omakase lunch,其他都叫咗貴啲嘅set,一個廚serve我地同另外2個客,一坐落,佢淨係掛住整啲魚,連薑都無放落嚟比你食吓,茶蒸碗又唔上,我地4個就坐喺度乾等;到食完茶蒸碗去食壽司,頭半程個廚就淨係同隔離果兩個客講野,好似當我地兩個死咗咁,食到一半我忍唔住問咗一問個深海池魚係咪灸燒過塊皮,佢答我「係煙燻過」,完。然後之後嘅壽司,佢終於都望住我地講一句呢舊係咩魚,完。我啲薑食完,佢都唔加比我,我唔明,薑係用嚟清味蕾,點解唔比我,完全無service可言。不過又咁講,如果你唔當自己食緊omakase,其實呢$350食嘅壽司係勝價比高嘅。10件壽司有蜜柑鯛、深海池魚、甜蝦、赤身

不過當然,你話係咪新鮮到好似方間咁讚,係咪佢處理嘅方式係最能夠將啲魚嘅鮮味帶出,我就有保留;好似我唔會將深海池魚灸燒而蓋過咗魚本身嘅油脂香。
