This is the 2nd time I went within 2 weeks. Prolly wouldnt be going again for a long time. I'm lazy so I'm just gonna make a list. - The wrap for the burger breaks easily (twice), with the one flimsy napkin provided I don't want to make my hands dirty. - Make sure the trays are clean when the fries are expected to lie on it without a piece of paper in between. - Customer service is not a job for everyone. The tall guy in suit jacket at the cashier seems to be always in a bad mood, and abit rude

- The wrap for the burger breaks easily (twice), with the one flimsy napkin provided I don't want to make my hands dirty.
- Make sure the trays are clean when the fries are expected to lie on it without a piece of paper in between.
- Customer service is not a job for everyone. The tall guy in suit jacket at the cashier seems to be always in a bad mood, and abit rude by keeping his mouth shut: is it that harder to say how much I need to pay instead of pointing at the small green numbers on the machine????????
- The girl who either cleans the tables or stands by the counter: she could take an intiative to collect the tickets from the sit-ins and make it very clear to them that she would bring them the food. She does this now but only when the food sit at the counter for too long. Before u get a bigger space and make burgers faster, u can try these things. Plus, too many ppl waiting with tickets in hands deter portentials.
- Fix that robot announcer or turn it off. Same with the lightbox.
- Too little space behind bar table.
- The beef burger tastes fine, not great. McDonald's makes better fish burgers. Fries aren't good. Coke is fine.
