we had their dinner tasting menu ($1,988) and added a pigeon pie (+$680).We started with a sea urchin tart, then oyster in a csoup. Then came a really.... interesting? Then we had a beer sorbet as the palate cleanser, before moving onto our mains. The pigeon pie looked really impressive since it was a huge pie. Should've known it would be too much. The pastry was too thick and there was such too much of everything. Couldn't really taste delicate flavours, just a whole lot of stuff mashed together
