A bowl of refined beans were more flavorsome. It was about 5 tablespoons portion. The beans were more finely grated than the skins of beans. They were quite smooth. The first bite I felt like eating lotus seed mooncake without sugar. As there were skins of beans, it was a bit bitter but not every bite tasted it. Anyway, I enjoyed this dish.
