天氣開始慢慢變熱,但係仍然不減我嘅邊爐「慾」!哈哈!見openrice咁多好評,今晚去左銅鑼灣one more hotpot打邊爐,平時成日行過鵝頸橋,都唔覺原來果頭有間火鍋㖭!之前一早扒左文,知道係半放題嘅形式,兩個價位分別係$368同$288,最主要係$368有海鮮拼盤而$288無,湯底選擇都有少許不同,上網見到其他食客嘅相,個海鮮拼盤款式好多望落去好新鮮,就揀左$368個餐。呢度係限時兩個半鐘,比起坊間大部分放題個半鐘或者兩個鐘嘅時間充裕好多,可以放心慢慢食慢慢傾,最岩成班朋友黎吹水食飯。清清地揀左個卜卜蜆白肉冬瓜湯底,一般放題個湯底都係無乜「料」,一心以為都係比幾舊冬瓜幾粒蜆肉就係,點知一黎就有驚喜,湯底超足料,可以話足料到一個程度....唔係好打到邊爐,因為一開始嘅時候冇乜位淥到野食!一大圈冬瓜,加上大量豚肉片、蜆肉、番茄、洋蔥同埋蟲草花,超豐富,味道亦唔錯!配料方面,每兩位包一碟西班牙豚肉或者手切安格斯牛頸脊,另外仲有一個海鮮拼盤、手打丸、自製餃子、即炸響鈴、魚皮等主菜係斷位上嘅。除此之外,仲有幾十款配料、粉麵飯任食。果汁汽水,仲有紅酒、白酒、啤酒任飲!白酒係法國南部嘅酒莊

呢度係限時兩個半鐘,比起坊間大部分放題個半鐘或者兩個鐘嘅時間充裕好多,可以放心慢慢食慢慢傾,最岩成班朋友黎吹水食飯。

清清地揀左個卜卜蜆白肉冬瓜湯底,一般放題個湯底都係無乜「料」,一心以為都係比幾舊冬瓜幾粒蜆肉就係,點知一黎就有驚喜,湯底超足料,可以話足料到一個程度....

牛頸脊油花分佈平均,牛味好濃,好正!如果嫌一碟牛頸脊唔夠喉,仲可以任叫肥牛,啱咗d牛魔王呢!

海鮮拚盤有成七款海鮮,大蝦又甜又彈牙、鮑魚有咬口之餘仲好鮮味、貴妃蚌同象拔蚌更加係無得彈,又大隻,有海水味之餘仲十分鮮甜,淨係呢個海鮮拼盤已經覺得值回票價了!

手打丸彈牙有咬口,但唔會打得死實,特別喜歡豬肉丸,新鮮豬肉完全冇腥臭味,反而有甜味,仲有肉汁,非常好!

食完呢d配料已經飽到儍左,任食配料方面,除左order左幾盆蔬菜類之外,就只係叫左碟脆鯇魚腩,又脆又鮮甜,非常對板,係略嫌切得細左些,淥左落鍋之後經常「失踪」呢!

免費甜品係心太軟,好有誠意吧!而且味道好好,爆流心之餘又唔會太甜,做得比好多甜品專門店仲要出色呢!

整體黎講,呢餐火鍋放題嘅食物質素好高,環境寬敞,整潔分都好高,d餐格餐具唔會話痴痴立立,令人坐得舒服食得舒服,價錢比起一般任食火鍋店略高,但係質素都確實高好幾倍呢!下次都可以再翻兜呢!
