One more thing that was microwaved was for another patron sitting beside me. The cafe's "seafood paella". The squid and all the other seafood were cooked on the pan but the paella looks like baby food. Microwaved rice plus sauce and big chunks of bell peppers -- all microwaved to look like baby food.
