Hearded that this famous steak restaurant from Paris was in Hong Kong , I was eager to find sometime to visit. Noted with no reservation but just walk in. We went there by around 8:00pm last night. Luckily we don't need to wait for a minutes but the waitress politely lead us into the restaurant directly.From the moments I settle down on my seat, I look around and really feel like I was in Paris. From the moments I settle down on my seat, I look around and really feel like I was in Paris. It just kind of the restaurant that you will found on the street of Champs Elysees with Red roof cover and elegant furnishing inside.
The waitress serves us like royalty and with courtesy to please us make us feel at ease and homey.They bring us water than gradually answered every questions I asked. I feel the services even better than we encountered in Paris last time!

We ordered 1 carafe of red house wine year 2011Chateau De Saurs - Contance $208 which was quite young and fruity. Nice wine pairing with the steak.

This french restaurant only sell one kind of food which is steak with it's unique sauce that go with unlimited fries and salad.
The waitress bring us the walnuts salad and French bread. The dressing of the salad is a bit sour with walnuts spreaded on the top which was a quite refreshing appetizer ! I became to get so hungry after finishing the yummy salad and bite vigorous for the French bread. Personally, I love the crusty french bread loaf so much because of their hardness and their strong smell of flour.

Followed by our salad and bread, our main course Steak & French fries with it's unique sauce $288/person arrived. The waitress explained to us that was the first round and the second round will be bring to us after we finished. The beef just done exactly I want as medium rare with pink red tender meat which melting in my mouth with it's special sauce added on it. The other half potion keep warm in siliver plate which prepared to serve to the customers afterwards. 
I was just so happy that we can have refills of the French fries, the fries just so tasty that I could not get enough and I get a second round was also finished promptly.

Lastly, it came to my favourite part which is dessert but unfortunately today the restaurant run out of the lovely Le Vacherin Dete which was quite amazing when I saw it's photo on Internet ! So, I order other 2 signature dessert which is Raspberry Delice $ 88 and Relais Profiteroles $ 88.  
The waitress quickly bring the dessert to us after we finished the steak. The raspberry delice is the sobert with raspberry melted into and some fresh
Raspberry put aside on the sobert. I love the sobert which is softly melted in my mouth with the fresh summer fruit. The profiterole is a must eat dessert on my list every time I travel to Paris. I like the chocolate sauce added on the puff and the vanilla icecream inside the puff. It just make the profiterole taste so special since usually we eat was custard inside the puff.

After we settled the bills and walking out of the doorway, the staffs warmly saying goodbye to us as we passing by each of them. 

I love this restaurant so much as compare to my favourite Grand Hyatt steak house in town and it's still win my heart with it's unbeatable service , yummy steak and dessert ! Not mention the warm smile and welcoming from the staffs of the La Relais Le Entrecote Hong Hong . You create a wonderful night for me just like one night in Paris !
