My parents asked me to go back home for dinner tonight and since they were not free to cook, they asked me to pack some roasted meat home. Since i was around that area, i went to Roast Goose Restaurant to buy. It was located at Tai Wai Road, few minutes walk from Tai Wai MTR.At the entrance of the stall were a huge glass window, displaying those assorted meat they offered. Crispy roast pork belly - The skin was roasted till crispy and yet the meat was chewy and juicy, with some lean fat in between. Mustard sauce was provided to go along with it.
BBQ pork - It was very juicy and chewy, absorbing the essence of the marinated BBQ sauce. The skin was roasted till slightly charred, which was to my liking.
Roast pork ribs - It was roasted till juicy and chewy as well, with the meat easy to chew off the ribs.
