it’s been one of my family's favorite bakery shop since it first opened at Cityplaza. as of today, we are still buying from Panash as their breads are really ok. However, the shop's hygiene and staff attitude have been letting us down over time. we could see d messy floor every time we visited d shop in the evening and when customers pointed that out to d staff, they simply ignore what u said with very annoying faces... even when u asked them simple questions, they all replied in an unpleasant t
