This time we ordered botan shrimp, lobster, mantis shrimps and mud crabs for sharing.

The botan shrimp body were sashimied and the shrimp heads were sautéed in soya sauce. The shrimps were sweet and meaty.

For the lobster, seafood supplier advised us to try stir frying it with ginger and scallions and serve it on top of a serving of fried rice. And his recommendation was right. The lobster fried rice was deliciously done with the rice soaking up all the lobster essence. I also liked the fried rice being a way lighter option than the usual cheesy egg noodles.

Deep fried Mantis shrimps with salt and pepper were addictive as always.

The doneness of the salt baked mud crabs was spot on, with crab butter oozing out.
