To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得考完公開考試，我就跟我媽打算找個好地方吃一下自助餐來慶祝慶祝。因為之前一直沒有嘗試過萬豪酒店的午餐，所以我們就來嘗試一下。食物的種類繁多——比我預期中的還要多——每個國家的食物都有一點。最深刻的就是羊肉非常嫩而且入味，我記得哪天我吃了5、6個羊架。xd 海鮮類的食物非常新鮮，而且刺身味道也不淡（有些會很淡）。飲料除了一般的咖啡奶茶之外，還有鮮榨西瓜汁跟其他的果汁提供時刻選擇。整頓午餐我最喜歡的部份就是這餐廳的甜品。不但有大家都喜愛的哈根達斯雪糕，而且還有不同種類的甜品：巧克力慕斯、抹茶牛奶布丁、藍莓芝士蛋糕等，還有時令水果。還有另外三大個巧克力、檸檬和芒果蛋糕。最後當然就不少得的巧克力噴泉。整體來講我最喜歡的食物就是抹茶牛奶布丁因為抹茶味甚濃而且也不算太甜。如果有機會的話我必定會再次光臨！
