I stumbled upon Alex on a junk few weeks ago who mentioned he ran an Italian pizza place. I didn't take down his number back then nor did I remember his restaurant's name. Fast forward a few weeks, I bumped into him so my mate and I thought we'd give it a try. Alex recommended the Mozarella chesse pizza as well as the pesto Calamari pasta.So basically the Mozarella is all homemade and the crust is really unbelievable soft - so good! So basically the Mozarella is all homemade and the crust is really unbelievable soft - so good! Turns out each crust takes about 72 hours to make and their pesto sauce is homemade too. It's pretty much as authentic as you can get. Food is most excellent and I'm definitely coming back for more.
The restaurant is called "The Mast(er) of Mozzarella" - and that's an understatement in my opinion.
