Located in the touristic area of Stanley, Baby Elephant makes, I dare say, one of the best red curry in town! I went there when it was newly opened. The operation didn't look really smooth but I had plenty of time so I could enjoy a glass of wine and wait for the food. The red curry was moderately spiced, not sweet and pretty intense. The beef was from the short ribs and stewed perfectly. Even the tendons were so tenderized and tasted heavenly that melted in my mouth.
Would visit again if I plan my next holiday! Highly recommended!
