We decided to pay a visit to Sevva right after my best friend received a job offer from her dream company. As a sudden visit, wehad not made a reservation beforehand. As one of the Sevva signature temptations, the Lemon Meringue didn’t disappoint us. Unlike the traditional meringue in which layers of sponges
make up most of the cake, this scrumptious piece had even layers of sponge, lemon curd and cream. Our taste buds were soon impressed by the light and refreshing lemony flavour. It was a surprise to us that it tasted as mouth-watering as it appeared. It is without doubt that it is the most delicious and photogenic Lemon Meringue I’ve ever tried.

We also ordered Dark Chocolate Thins, Caramelised Chocolate Mousse, Malt Crunch and Sesame Ice-cream, a dish which combines the key
elements of East and West desserts. The bitterness of the chocolate thins matched perfectly with the sweetness of the mousse. Together with the
nutty-flavour of sesame, the black dessert gave us both visual and taste satisfaction.

Well, everything comes at a price. When you check the bill, you will understand that. For photogenic and delicious desserts as well as fine dining atmosphere, they cost more, but it’s definitely worth giving it a try!
