We decided to go to this restaurant with 12 people. We booked a table at 8 pm and had to wait 2 hours while served free flow of Prosecco. We ordered pasta and steak and several other dishes. I hate to say it but our food was one of the worst ever. The carbonara pasta was watery, steaks were very hard to chew. There wasn’t a single one of us who liked any dish. He told me if we don’t like the food we should pay the bill and never come again.
I am in the food business for a very long time and I have never come across such a rude and unprofessional service.
We were shocked and left the premises immediately.
Afterwards we learned that the place had a change of hands cause it used to be good. Not any more though. The place is deteriorating.
