It was a hot day out and we wanted a cold drink, we heard that this place was well-known for its matcha latte and decided to give it a try. The restaurant environment was tranquil with a great harbor view outside, but the air-conditioning was quite lacking.
You can see the staff whisking the matcha, and they pour it onto the milk in front of you as you retrieve your order. Unfortunately the two layers don’t mix too well, so you either taste the bitterness of the matcha or the milk. Also $64 is a bit too pricey for a small drink, so I guess it’s a one-time trip for me.
