Came across this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon for brunch, it is situated about 8-10 minutes’ walk away from LKF. For drinks I ordered freshly squeezed mango juice, it was very fresh and thick in texture, and it was really sweet having known that no sugar was added to it. What a great way to start the day, I love it! My boyfriend on the other hand ordered a freshly squeezed apple juice; it was quite refreshing as well.

We ordered a Breakfast Pizza to share; the pizza actually amazed us by its charcoal wooden flavor because this restaurant actually uses a traditional wood oven to bake these yummy pizzas. Its crispy crust with a bit of chewiness in the center of the dough with all the various ingredients: spinach, tomato, potato bites, ham, and of course lots and lots of melting cheese all come together nicely. This is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in HK so far.

Then we both ordered an Eggs Benedict dish each, for me I chose the one with smoked salmon and avocado, underneath it was a potato hash brown patty. The star of this dish would obviously be the hollandaise sauce and the poached egg, the egg was poached just right, and as you can see the center of it was still oozing out like lava. The egg white was poached to be soft and smooth, paired with the creamy hollandaise sauce it tasted buttery but light. The avocado was still ripe and the spinach was freshly chosen, the only thing I might recommend changing about this dish would be the potato hash brown, I personally think that this dish would taste even better with freshly baked English muffins instead of the hash browns.

For sides we ordered more potato hash browns, avocado, and a bowl of potato cubes. They were also delicious and not too oily.
