To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

傳說中韓國人落雨會特別想食炸雞,因為雨聲令佢地聯想到油炸聲。 今晚落住毛毛雨,我腦中亦響起鐵板既渣渣聲,於是老屈朋友陪我去韓燒。坐低就見到台面放左大麥茶、生菜同三款泡菜。 雖然可以無限refill但都冇交頹貨,大麥茶好夠凍、生菜夠新鮮,一見唔係普通既冰水已經暗中加左分。前菜有芽菜、泡菜同海帶,正常質素。 可能食開炑八既醋漬海帶,個種水潤滑溜既質感正到可以狂啪幾碟,而呢度既海帶就比較乾身,有少少失望。全個menu最吸睛一定係成隻牛放哂出黎既和牛拼盤,見Oppa和牛二人餐包左拼盤同Movenpick雪糕,就抱住未必夠飽要再加單既心態叫住先。Oppa和牛二人餐 ($308/位)A4和牛拼盤有日本A4牛肉眼、A4黑毛和牛肩肉、A4黑毛和牛背峰、A4黑毛和牛三角腩、澳洲和牛舌、雪花腩同封門柳。 睇完一次都唔知係咩黎,不過好貼心地以全牛托盤上台,牛肉屬於咩部位已經一目了然。一共七款牛肉色澤鮮明、油脂分佈平均,迫不及待放上鐵板,三兩下手勢幾秒內就食得。 牛肉係幾新鮮嫩滑既,不過韓式包菜配惹味豆醬既食法令牛味唔太突出。我自己就最鐘意較肥膩既雪花腩同三角腩,其餘部位就切得比較薄同埋多瘦肉,未有太大驚喜。

我自己就最鐘意較肥膩既雪花腩同三角腩,其餘部位就切得比較薄同埋多瘦肉,未有太大驚喜。 不過韓燒從來重點都係即燒再包菜食既風味,一次過試到咁多款肉好滿足呀。

最鐘意鐵板斜斜地既設計,多餘油份會經邊緣開口流去下面碟仔度,所以燒肉份外乾爽,感覺健康d。 牛肉底下其實仲有幾舊翠玉瓜同雞脾菇,不經意地沾上牛肉汁咁燒熟,特別鮮味。

不得不讚爐邊蛋,可能係鐵板設計同蛋液調配得好,燒到尾仲係好嫩滑,底下脆脆地唔會痴底,十分好食。

真露煮蜆本來預期似魚糕湯,點知除左蜆、魚糕、蘿蔔、粉絲之外仲撈到疑似大腸,完全係胡椒豬肚湯味。
