To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣開始涼,最岩去食燒肉,今晚去左位於旺角洗衣街既<OPPA韓國燒肉>,可能因為食客群大部份也是年輕人,呢間餐廳比我既感覺好年輕,好有活力,每張檯都坐滿了人,好熱鬧。 入座時店員已經預備好醬料及前菜,前菜係可以無限添加的。比我最深刻印象既係佢地既燒烤板,燒烤板微微傾斜向一邊,可以讓多餘油份走向另一邊,慢慢流走;而且一邊食爐邊蛋,另一邊有兩格可以放已經燒好嘅肉,可以避免燒肉燒焦。呢個設計真係幾特別,又好User friendly 。 今晚我地點了『無骨牛肋肉$138』、『原粒帶子$128』、『韓國炸雞$88』、『韓國午餐肉$68』,其實除左散叫之外,餐廳仲有四人、六人套餐任君選擇。雖然OPPA韓國燒肉係燒肉專門店,但都有熱食提供,怕熱氣既朋友都無又怕。 『無骨牛肋肉$138』份量不吝嗇,脂肪不多,一邊燒,一邊聞到陣陣香味,雖然牛肋肉沒有被醃過,但肉味仍然重。 『韓國午餐肉$68』,終於明白點解韓國人禁愛食午餐肉,烤過後的午餐肉好香,外面硬硬的烤出一層脆皮,如果怕肥膩,可以包生菜食。 『原粒帶子$128』絕不馬虎,一碟有四粒,原粒帶子超巨型,入囗爽囗嫩滑,店員主動親自上來幫我們烤,原汁原味

『原粒帶子$128』絕不馬虎,一碟有四粒,原粒帶子超巨型,入囗爽囗嫩滑,店員主動親自上來幫我們烤,原汁原味最好食,什麼醬都唔沾先可以食到帶子的原味。

『韓國炸雞$88』香港人對韓國炸雞的熱情一直也是有增無減,金黃酥脆的炸雞,沾上甜辣醬,大口大口食,絕對是大愛。

至於飲品方面,點了『西瓜沙冰$58』及『柚子真露$58』,兩者份量夠曬大,西瓜沙冰味道清甜又解渴,韓燒配沙冰無得輸!我想試下燒酒,又怕真露嗆辣,所以點了柚子口味真露燒酒,呢款酒少了真露既嗆辣,多了柚子微甜味,好飲得黎又唔覺得自己飲緊酒,大家不妨一試。
