To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去咗旺角嘅OPPA韓國燒肉店,佢係晌花園街附近,行完街嚟就啱啱好。之前行過成日都見出面有條人龍,呢日早咗少少嚟就無乜人。入面同大部份韓式燒肉店大同小異,反而牆上用牛同豬做主題嘅彩繪就幾得意。早嚟嘅好處除咗唔洗等,仲可以試佢哋個早割四人餐,包括四式韓牛拼盤、牛胸白肉片、豬五花腩、韓式冰鎮蚌片、牛排骨湯、鐵板芝士墨汁炒飯,就咁睇餐牌已經覺得豐富。牆上面仲掛咗啲圍裙,係俾啲食客用嘅,咁就唔怕燒肉時俾油彈到件衫喇。佢哋仲有提供麥茶,都幾解膩。我哋見有幾款特色飲品,就叫埋嚟試。蜜瓜冰蜜蜜係用藍色沙冰為主,杯入面仲有一支韓國蜜瓜雪條,等佢慢慢溶咗之後就會有漸變效果,味道微甜都唔錯。菠蘿冰嘅沙冰都打得幾幼細,甜甜哋咁。店員仲拎咗幾碟泡菜、大豆芽、昆布、生菜,可以用嚟做前菜又可以用嚟夾燒肉食,另外仲有燒汁、甜辣醬、鹽油、蒜片辣椒等等用嚟點燒肉食。韓式冰鎮蚌片,下面仲有大量大豆芽同蟲草花,口感清新爽脆。牛排骨湯,牛排骨肉煮得非常軟身,蘿蔔甜同埋無渣,仲加咗啲紅棗,湯味香濃。然後就係燒肉時間,先燒油份比較多嘅豬五花腩。同大部份韓式燒肉店嘅龜背鐵板唔同,呢度用嘅係平底式設計鐵板,中間燒肉、側邊分別用嚟烤泡菜

同大部份韓式燒肉店嘅龜背鐵板唔同,呢度用嘅係平底式設計鐵板,中間燒肉、側邊分別用嚟烤泡菜蛋、蒜片辣椒或者擺燒好未食想保溫嘅燒肉。

鐵板微微傾斜向一邊,可以等多餘嘅油份晌末端嘅坑位流走。當鐵板燒焦嘅時候,店員就會用剷仔剷走表面焦黑部份,再用生菜抹一抹鐵板,唔洗另外換一塊,都幾方便。

總結嚟講四人套餐未計加一先$398,的確幾抵食。唯一不足嘅係抽風同冷氣一般,走嗰陣全身都充滿濃烈嘅油煙味。
