To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期四晚上9:00pm, 之前打電話黎book左位, 預早15 分鐘去, 等到9點都未得, 但再等多15分鐘就入得.真係好多人排隊, book左好好多.我同友人叫左個什錦牛肉, 羊架, 已經太多了, 仲叫埋參雞湯, 好滿足甘離開.一入座, 店員好快手安排好 泡菜烤蛋, 麻油豆芽, 醃海帶, 辣泡菜, 凍麥茶.仲有麵豉醬, 烤肉醬汁, 生蒜, 紅青辣椒. 之後要加配料都好快手加. 服務滿意.- 什錦牛肉 ($338/450g) : 有牛排骨,牛肋肉,M6和牛肩肉, 牛脷, 分量都好多好抵食, 2-3人都夠哂飽.先食左牛脷, 又薄又快熟, 食落爽口有咬口, 估唔到甘好味, 而且有6-7塊.再食M6和牛肩肉, 2大塊燒2邊之後, 剪成細塊. 油脂豐盛又有嫩淋, 啖啖肉好好味.跟住食牛肋肉, 分量都幾多, 每次燒4,5粒, 都燒左2轉半. 肉味濃d帶點點筋, 咬落唔韌多肉汁. 最後燒埋牛排骨, 一卷開燒2面就剪開, 再剪成細塊, 但動作要快. 因為都算薄身好快熟, 可請店員幫忙.牛排骨食落唔膩, 唔油又唔鞋口. 分量多好抵食.4款牛都好好味, 夾生菜加配料及醬料食, 真係一流.- 香草羊架 (

我同友人叫左個什錦牛肉, 羊架, 已經太多了, 仲叫埋參雞湯, 好滿足甘離開.

一入座, 店員好快手安排好 泡菜烤蛋, 麻油豆芽, 醃海帶, 辣泡菜, 凍麥茶.

仲有麵豉醬, 烤肉醬汁, 生蒜, 紅青辣椒. 之後要加配料都好快手加. 服務滿意.

- 什錦牛肉 ($338/450g) :

有牛排骨,牛肋肉,M6和牛肩肉, 牛脷, 分量都好多好抵食, 2-3人都夠哂飽.

先食左牛脷, 又薄又快熟, 食落爽口有咬口, 估唔到甘好味, 而且有6-7塊.

再食M6和牛肩肉, 2大塊燒2邊之後, 剪成細塊. 油脂豐盛又有嫩淋, 啖啖肉好好味.

跟住食牛肋肉, 分量都幾多, 每次燒4,5粒, 都燒左2轉半. 肉味濃d帶點點筋, 咬落唔韌多肉汁.

- 香草羊架 ($138) :

上枱見到有5件分量, 覺得更加抵食. 店員幫忙燒, 之後剪開羊架. 甘唔多熟就自由發揮. 友人中意全熟.

我地就燒熟至微焦, 香口惹味. 唔會好乾身易咬有點肉汁.

可能因為冇咩脂肪, 只有少少羊羶味, 完全接受到.

- 參雞湯 ($108) :

有半隻雞分量到, 食到好多雞胸肉, 而且仲有雞脾肉, 仲有點糯米.

味道比較清淡, 簡單地有雞湯味, 少少參味. 唔夠咸, 應該俾少少鹽用黎點雞肉食.

雞湯有糯米既濃郁米水, 所以好飽肚. 分量湯連料有5碗左右.
