Had a light dinner here one night and thought I would write about their orange soufflé served in a traditional Chinese pot! The presentation just caught my eyes when it came out. A crispy sheet of sugar net on top that covers the soufflé like a sphere. The soufflé is more sponge cake like rather than the french style. It has a strong orange flavor and it's very fluffy. The only thing that needs improving is probably the sugar crisp on top is way too sweet and too sticky to eat. Overall, loved th

The only thing that needs improving is probably the sugar crisp on top is way too sweet and too sticky to eat. Overall, loved the interesting presentation and loved the Asian twist to the classic soufflé.
