呢間舖,食評都不俗,兼且有少少self-serve 既感覺,幾特別,決定一試。跟地址去搵,比想像中唔好搵,沿途係Fashion Walk附近條食街,有唔少中檔餐廳都好吸引,差D放棄轉地方。一輪工夫入到去…地方幾大,企理…點餐似係佐敦南豐食拉麵咁,每人先攞一張咭,去Counter Order,唔洗番熱或唔煮既就自取,其它就攞既號碼牌待應會送到座位上。Croissant / Chocolate Crosissant﹕普普通通,外層算係脆口,但係唔係好香牛油,包肉略嫌唔夠層次!唔緊要,Pasta 同Pizza先係我黎既重點。Stewed Beef Cheek with Mashed Potatoes﹕呢個係用蕃茄汁蚊牛肉再放上薯茸面上。先食一口薯茸,薯味唔係好出,亦都唔覺有太多調味。再食個牛…牛肉蚊得淋身又唔太散,蕃茄汁味濃,配埋個淡口薯茸,好快就比KO左!Carbonara﹕同出面做有幾個唔同。(1) 出面都係用Fettuccine或用Spaggetti,佢呢度都係用Spaghetti,但係就比出面粗身好多。(2) 意大利火腿都係同個芝士蛋汁撈埋,佢係分開。(3)佢地用既Parmesan超

Calzone﹕香港做Calzone地方唔多,亦都無咩食過好好食既Calzone. 所以點左黎試下,呢度有兩款,有素既、有肉既,我點左肉既,Filling 有mozzarella, ham, tomato sauce. 簡單,但唔易做得好食。外型脹卜卜甚為討好,Pizza皮夠簿但好煙韌,反嫌太有嚼勁…Filling如果唔用Ham用D惹味少少如Chorizo就更好啦,Ham 既味道無咩層次!
