今日全家都開OT就叫左我去斬料,聽聞呢間燒臘店燒味都唔錯,原來外賣堂食都有,佢地係自家燒,唔似d啲燒臘檔係交貨黎,所以品質可以控制得好啲。媽咪好鐘意食乳鴿,咁就買左二隻乳鴿,一隻炸,一隻滷水用來送酒一流,佢仲比平時買到既大隻,唔會話皮包骨一啲肉都冇。半肥瘦叉燒,燒得好靚,肉質好嫩,唔似外面買咁,得啲肥膏淋肉就韌。燒腩仔個皮係脆嫁!仲要係一層肥一層瘦肉,瘦肉唔會好咸又夠鬆軟,食多幾舊都唔怕。老豆鐘意食燒鵝,又斬多半隻,好味!仲有乳豬,皮夠脆同埋唔會話得皮冇肉,啖啖都有肉食,正!
