To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係開金鐘番工嘅打工仔都知道好味嘅餐廳選擇唔多，而且一係好貴一係有排排隊。大部份人都係外賣。反而Dolce 88唔係好多人。Dolce 88座落JW酒店地面。得大概8個位，不過可能佢係輕食、cake同coffee為主，好多人都係外賣。所以我去到都即刻有位，如果做野做到好忙想快食可以考慮呢間。個日2個人嗌左一個雞三文治、凱撒沙律同一個甜品，主食大概$70款。女仔食份量好OK，而且味道中上，salad好新鮮，除咗salad仲有水果杯同果汁，食完番公司OT都唔會飯氣攻心😂
