Although this joint serves Taiwanese style noodles, they also serve Chinese dishes on the menu like instant noodles in Chinese style cheese sauce.I had the vermicelli with mince and soft pork cartilage.Unfortunately, the broth wasn’t that fresh and you could taste the strong overnight pork smell but luckily there was chili on the table to get rid of that taste.The mince wasn’t good either hence the reason I prefer vegetarian dishes because I found this weird tube in it which looks like an artery
