第一次上來中環Le Q Cafe & Bar,除了地下的bar外,樓上是別有洞天的世界,燈光昏暗很有情調,只有4張檯,寧靜環境適合談情。點了dinner menu $480 per person, 5 courses先奉上橄欖麵包,鬆軟香脆Spanish Ham & Parma Ham西班牙火腿在上面卷著,味道較為鹹香,可配焦糖無花果中和,而下層是巴馬火腿可以點黑松露蜜糖一起品嚐,提升味道層次感。Parmesan Risotto意大利飯有一片片帕馬森乾酪芝士、帶子粒、青瓜。意大利飯是半生熟質感,相當正宗,有好多粒粒帶子肉,而青瓜粒又可以增加口感。Chicken Roulade將雞肉包著鵝肝、黑松露、蘑菇做成雞卷雞肉嫩滑,鵝肝份量剛好,不會太重搶味,加入蘑菇增加整體層次,黑松露香味不時散發出來。Pan Seared USDA Rib Eye肉眼扒5成熟,煎的香噴噴又有肉汁,肉質好軟腍,點紅酒汁好夾。自家製Tiramisu,忌廉感較重,中間是海棉蛋糕。
