This private kitchen offers extremely high quality, village-style Cantonese food. Prices are high considering the location, but all the costs go towards the quality of ingredients. They consistently use excellent proteins, no MSG, and minimal (or no?) corn starch. You can really taste the ingredients, cooking technique, and rich flavors.We have eaten here 3-4 times, for lunch and dinner, and are consistently impressed. They consistently use excellent proteins, no MSG, and minimal (or no?) corn starch. You can really taste the ingredients, cooking technique, and rich flavors.

We have eaten here 3-4 times, for lunch and dinner, and are consistently impressed. Overall the food quality is way above average and a reminder of how good food used to be in HK before most restaurants starting dramatically cutting costs.

A very welcome addition to the neighborhood...!
