It was served chilled and tasted like heaven. This wake-me-up is made with a Taiwanese Mango sauce, pomelo and signature fruits on the side. It’s a very creative mix with the mango-like custard.
After the Hafie Chilled Mango Sago Cream, I had the signature Apple Crumble which is a refreshing combination of light crisp crumble and apple. The special feature of the Crumble is that they put no cinnamon, thus it is less sugary and sweet. However, be made using less crisp crumble on top which might cover the original taste of it.
Following the owner’s recommendation, we ordered Classic Chocolate Fondant. The signature dish arrived promptly within 15 mins, and is beautifully layout with different tropical fruits, including apple and melon. The Chocolate Fondant is surprisingly made in a very light layer which you can see the chocolate lava immediately.
Though a lot of experiment, the perfect fruit waffle is successfully created. The crispy waffle is perfectly fit with the Pandan Ice Cream, which is hardly found in Hong Kong. At the same time, they served black sugar instead of chocolate or fruity sauce which is a creative choice for the customer.
Last but not least, the owner is very sweet who provides welcoming drink like the Rose tea. I will be back and look forward to other new items in the future.
