I like Hainan chicken rice. It is simple, yet delicious and affordable.I came across a new shop selling Hainan chicken rice when I went to the market at Wing Lung Street, Cheung Sha Wan.I bought a box of good value Hainan chicken rice ($32) as take away for lunch. The portion is big. Rice with chicken oil is fragrant and tasty. Chicken without bone is tender, juicy and well seasoned. It is tastier than many supplied in restaurants.
