To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. $1800 一個人, 未計加一, 我會expect 食物食入口係有感動嘅感覺, 之前食其他omakase 就有試過, 但呢間冇, 可能感覺食材一般新鮮. 另外通常試佢杯綠茶就試到佢有冇誠意, 但綠茶味偏淡. 佢冇散叫, 兩個人焗住叫兩份, $4000 一餐飯, 重點係, 食物質素唔值呢個價, 呢個價我飛一轉日本食都得喇!
